Return/Cancellation Policy
To Cancel Your Order
We hope you love the items on this website as much as we do however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the goods. A full refund less the original postage and packaging charge will be issued after the items have been returned. Call or e-mail us before posting for a unique returns code that must be written clearly on the package being returned. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within ten days of receipt. We recommend you keep hold of the free certificate of posting that the post office will issue until your refund has been completed. In the interests of hygiene, we regret this does not apply to unwanted earrings, confectionery and cosmetic products.
